Basic Requirements
Great Beginnings Surrogacy Services proudly follows the most recent expert guidelines issued by the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).
Between ages 21-37
Healthy pregnancy history
Healthy, stable lifestyle
Have a great support system
U.S. citizen not living in the following states: Nebraska, or Louisiana
Have no medical, psychological, and mental health issues
BMI of 32 and under
Non-smoker/heavy drinker
No more than 2 C-sections
No more than 5 deliveries
Have a current driver's license or reliable transportation
