Basic Requirements
Great Beginnings Surrogacy Services proudly follows the most recent expert guidelines issued by the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).
- Between ages 21-37
- Healthy pregnancy history
- Healthy, stable lifestyle
- Have a great support system
- U.S. citizen not living in the following states: Nebraska, or Louisiana
- Have no medical, psychological, and mental health issues
- BMI of 32 and under
- Non-smoker/heavy drinker
- No more than 2 C-sections
- No more than 5 deliveries
- Have a current driver's license or reliable transportation
- Have no criminal history
